1. Services Provided
At Meaningful Path Therapy, we provide personalised, evidence-based therapy services, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). Sessions are available as individual appointments or in packages of 4-session, 8-session, and 12-week plans. Free initial consultations of 30 minutes are also offered.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
Booking: Clients can book therapy sessions via the online booking system on our website or via email at meaningfulpaththerapy@gmail.com.

Ensure privacy: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a private space free from interruptions during online sessions.
Engagement: Active participation and honesty during sessions are essential for successful therapy.
Risky Behaviour: Clients experiencing suicidal thoughts or self-harm must seek immediate help through emergency services and not through Meaningful Path Therapy.
