Cancellation Policy
At Meaningful Path Therapy, we understand that sometimes life happens and plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please review the following policy:
Cancellation or Rescheduling
48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.
Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. If you anticipate needing to cancel, please reach out as early as possible.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation (no-show), the full session fee will be charged. This ensures we respect each other’s time and maintain availability for other clients.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or family emergencies, can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
